Check the rules first
Men's and women's lacrosse use different rule books and different equipment. High school rules are written with the NFHS and adopted by your state's association, and helmets, goggles and other protective equipment must meet the standards in your rule book. Ask your coach before buying, especially for a helmet, goggles or a stick.
